Absolutely appreciate this business. After having a new roof installed, we had countless leaking issues. The company that installed the roof came out 4 times without fixing the issue, and then eventually quit taking our calls. Working with Jireh 7 Industries is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. The owner, Paul Aragon, is a good communicator, organized, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I contacted Paul because his company was listed on the Atlas Roofing website as being certified to install a wind and hail resistant roofing system with double the standard warranty (20 years instead of 10). From the outset, Paul showed his professionalism, reviewing my insurance estimate, and explaining why a quote I'd received from another company was too high. Throughout, he was responsive to all of my communications, usually replying in the same day. Paul coordinated all aspects of replacing the roof and gutters, including permits, submission to insurance, warranty paperwork, and even helped with the HOA paperwork. The work was completed in one day, on schedule, and within the insurance estimate. I'm very happy with my new hail-resistant roof with a 20 year warranty and my new gutters, and I highly recommend Jireh 7 Enterprises.
